On Jan 21th, 2014, Conch Venture’s 2014 annual work meeting was held in Wuhu Conch international conference center, the leaders of company and directors of departments attended the meeting. This was the first work meeting after Conch Venture had successfully been listed, which had a significant meaning in company’s history.
In June,2013, the listing project had been officially initiated. With support from each level of government, after 7 months’ endeavor, company had fulfilled all the legal documents, passed the review and approved by HongKong Stock Exchange. On Dec.19th , Conch Venture(stock code: HK00586) had been listed in HK stock exchange,which became a milestone in company’s development history.

The meeting concluded the experience of listing event, the main reason why company got listed is the good performance from each part of its business. After been listed, Conch Venture became a public company which would receive the wide attention, and the law and listing rules would have higher request for the corporation governance. As a listed company, it is the responsibility to improve company’s operation performance, then to bring investors the considerable returns.
The meeting discussed how to realise the performance growth steadily and to maintain the healthy development of the energy-saving and environmental protection industry. It also discussed how to accelerate the development of New energy-saving building materials business. It brought up the overall thinking of 2014: based on national industrial policies, seriously realise the company’s development plan, achieve the profit forcast target pursuant to listing rules. Develop the energy-saving and environmental protection business, and futher complete the construction of inner control system, improve the management level, deem it its duty to maximizing the shareholders’ interests, promote the healthy and rapid development of the company.
