The Provincial Party Secretary Mr Zhang Baoshun Investigated on Bozhou New Energy-preservation Building Matertials Project Scene

On 18 March 2014, The provincial secretary Mr Zhang Baoshun investigated on Bozhou new energy-preservation building materials(“BNEB”) project scene, the general manager of Conch Venture Mr Ji Qinying, the vice general manager Mr Li Jian received the delegation of Mr Zhang Baoshun.

BNEB materials company, engages in producing and selling CCA board and WWCB board, is a subsidiary of Conch Venture which was listed on 19 December last year. The fund raised from the listing will be invested mainly in Bowu industrial park, Anhui Jiangbei industrial concentration area and other projects in Anhui province to develop the waste incineration industry and new energy-preservation building materials. It will benefit the development of Wuhu city.

Mr Zhang Baoshun asked: what projects of waste treatment do you have?

Mr Ji Qinying answered: recently, there are two projects are under the plan, one is in Jinzhai, the other is in Wuhu, besides, we have some projects which are signed or under construction in Gansu, Shanxi, Yunnan, Guizhou, Guangdong and some other regions. After the listing of Conch Venture, we have signed 8 projects, but we still hope to get the preferences and support policies for government to promote the development of envergy-preservation and environmental-protection industry.

Mr Zhang Baoshun asked: I have ever been to Tongling Conch waste incineration project scene which is a good environmental-protect project and realised the harmless treatment of garbage. Are those projects which you are developing similar to the Tongling Conch mode?

Mr Ji Qinying answered: Tongling Conch is utilizing the cement kiln to deal with the municipal waste, but we optimized the business mode. By adopting several modes such as EPC, EP, BOT, BO, we can decrease the cost of treatment. Besides, we introduced the grate furnace technology from Kawasaki Heavy Industry to be utilized in the regions where no cement plat is located. Now that we are building the demonstration lines in Wuhu and Jinzhai, hoping to promote in other cities and counties in Anhui Province.

Mr Zhang Baoshun then walked in front of the bulletin board of BNEB materials company.

Mr Li Jian introduced the basic information about BNEB materials company to the delegation of Mr Zhang Baoshun: BNEB materials company is planning to build huge green building materials production base to produce CCA board and WWCB board. Now it is constructing the first stage of the project which contains 2 CCA board production lines and other projects that support.

Mr Zhang was interested in the porduction sample, and inquired what advantages the new type of building materials have, whether they are sound-proof or fire-proof.

When Mr Zhang finished this investigation, he highly affirmed Conch Venture’s accomplishments, he said: Conch Venture did very good job on listing last year, hope it can make great contribution to the economy and social development of Anhui province by maintaining the good development momentum.

Mr Ji Qinying said: we appreciate Mr Zhang’s concern and support, we will enlarge our input in energy-preservation and environmental-protection industry, accelerate the project construction to put into production as early as possible to contribute to the local development.
